This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU.****The Enrollment Communication Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communication plans for the Abilene Christian University Enrollment Marketing team. This individual will work closely with the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing to write targeted messaging that effectively communicates the benefits and unique features of our institution to prospective students.******Basic Responsibilities:***** **Create engaging copy for a variety of enrollment marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, brochures, and social media posts.*** **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and web development, to ensure that all enrollment marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.*** **Analyze enrollment data and adjust communication strategies accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.******Essential Duties:***** **Create engaging copy for a variety of enrollment marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, brochures, and social media posts.**

+ **Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enrollment marketing and communication.*** **Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and web development, to ensure that all enrollment marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.**

+ **Build relationships with campus partners, including admissions counselors and academic departments, to ensure a cohesive and consistent enrollment message across all channels.*** **Analyze enrollment data and adjust communication strategies accordingly to ensure maximum effectiveness.**

+ **Monitor and track enrollment marketing campaigns to measure success and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.**

+ **Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with enrollment goals and objectives.******Professional Development Requirements:***** **Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.*** **Strong project management and organizational skills.*** **Familiarity with enrollment marketing, data and analytics.*** **Comfort with interviewing students, faculty and alumni.*** **Ability to write for multiple tones and audiences.******Professional**:*** **Excellent written and verbal communication skills.*** **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.*** **Knowledge of enrollment management software (Slate) is a plus.******Personal**:*** **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.*** **Willingness to adjust plan quickly*** **Comfortable in a collaborative space**# ****Physical Requirements:***** **Long hours sitting*** **Occasionally lifting boxes*** **Walking across campus****This position reports to the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing and works closely with other members of the enrollment marketing team.
