Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assisting residents with overnight needs and early morning routines
Providing comfort and monitoring for restful sleep
Documenting care and reporting changes in resident conditions
Supporting early morning hygiene and mobility as residents wake
Maintaining a quiet, clean, and peaceful environment
Answering call lights promptly and respectfully
Ensuring dignity, safety, and kindness in every interaction
What We're Looking For: Valid CNA Certification in Illinois CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Kind, reliable, and attentive caregivers Able to remain alert and focused throughout the night Must meet standard health and background requirements
