Essential Job Duties - Responsibilities include supporting dairy processing staff with tasks related to the production and handling of finished milk and ice cream products. Significant time will be spent in cold storage areas, including the milk cooler and ice cream freezer, stocking packaged products and assisting with quality control activities such as environmental monitoring and conducting solids and fat content testing in the lab. Additional responsibilities include: CIP Clean In Place, operation of the cleaning system for tanks and pipes. COP Clean Out of Place, operation of COPvats for small equipment sanitation. Separation Equipment Cleaning
operation of the separator in clean mode, breakdown, reassemble, and sanitize.
