Lead Dental Assistant

Dental Assistants are a very key and integral part to dental healthcare operations and success. We are currently hiring an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to join our team! You will provide strong leadership and reliable dental assisting expertise to support our Dentists, Office Manager and DA staff. Must be DANB Certified with at least 3 years of experience.
Pay: $23-26 DOE. $1500 Signing Bonus available.
Clinic Hours: M-F 10am-6pm, Sat 9am-2pm
Your Impact:
Day to Day Operations
Provide chairside assistance for Dentists.
Operate oral radiology equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and operatories.
Patient Service and Engagement
Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
Attentively address concerns patients may have regarding treatment plans.
Provide engaging patient service by acknowledging their questions or concerns.
Ensure quality service is always provided.
Professional Career

Qualifications:
State Board issued Dental Assistant or Radiology Certified license
Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiation Health and Safety Certification
Minimum 3 years dental experience
Bilingual -Spanish (preferred)
Leadership experience
Full time availability M-F and rotating Saturdays
