Position Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. This role is integral to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care through direct support with daily living activities. The CNA will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive care that promotes dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Measure, record, and report vital signsincluding temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirationswhile promptly communicating any changes to licensed nursing personnel
Assist residents with mobility needs, including transfers, ambulation, and repositioning, in accordance with individualized care plans
Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional support
Respond to call lights and resident needs in a timely, respectful, and professional manner
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in compliance with infection control and safety standards
Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse without delay
Foster respectful and effective communication with residents, families, and members of the care team
Comply with all organizational policies, as well as state and federal regulatory requirements and infection prevention protocols
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wyoming, in good standing with the Nurse Aide Registry
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-based clinical environment
Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability in a dynamic care setting
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
