A leading electronics testing company is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Coordinator to join a team that handles both production and development circuits to work closely with engineering groups, area trainers, and other operators.
Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Swing) Responsibilities:
Handle small, delicate IC's and delicate products as instructed by the product documentation and engineering specifications.
Follow diagrams to solder, epoxy, and wire bond chips to packages so the parts can be tested for future reliability.
Solder, epoxy, and wire bond small IC's under a microscope.
Follow detailed process documentation to prepare test packages for reliability testing.
Follow strict ESD protocols
Manufacturing Technical Coordinator (Swing) Qualifications:
Experience with inputting data using Microsoft applications.
Experience with MES to complete jobs.
Lean and 5S experience is preferred.
Skilled hand-eye coordination under a microscope.
Ability to communicate effectively with process and reliability engineers.
Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
