Medical Assistant Opportunity

Whitefish, MT Schedule: PRN (per-need basis, flexible schedule)

Our providers and care team deliver a full spectrum of women's health services, including routine gynecologic care, prenatal and postpartum care, preventive health, and patient education. This clinic is known for its collaborative environment, friendly team culture, and commitment to helping patients achieve their best health.
We're seeking a Registered or Certified Medical Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This PRN role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful patient interactions, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork while enjoying flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and prepare patients for exams, procedures, and provider visits
Obtain and record accurate vital signs, health histories, and medication information
Assist providers with in-office procedures, immunizations, and lab testing
Perform specimen collection, labeling, and documentation according to established protocols
Support care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education
Manage workload messages, medication refills, and provider communications
Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in accordance with infection control and safety standards
Contribute to a positive clinic atmosphere through teamwork and excellent communication
What We're Looking For
Current RMA or CMA credential recognized in the State of Montana (or eligible to obtain upon hire)
Prior clinic or outpatient experience preferred
CPR certification preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and laboratory values
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
