Key Responsibilities: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will:
Be the primary caregiver for residents, assisting with all activities of daily living (ADLs).
Monitor and maintain resident stability by tracking weight, vitals, input/output, and administering tests as needed.
Communicate changes in residents' status to the nursing team to ensure timely care.
Accurately document care actions by completing forms, reports, and logs.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers by maintaining a caring and compassionate demeanor.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state of Pennsylvania.
Friendly, professional attitude with a passion for going the extra mile to support residents and coworkers.
Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional, person-centered care.
