Be part of something new. As we launch our nursing school, we're searching for a receptionist who's excited to help build a student-centered campus from the ground up. You'll be the hub of daily activity, supporting students, coordinating with faculty, and creating a smooth, professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
In this role you will:
Greet faculty, students and visitors; and act as the primary source for general inquiries
Answer phone calls and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
Perform office duties such as handling of incoming and outgoing mail, entering data into systems, reports, spreadsheets, making copies, etc.
Schedule conference room meetings for the team and maintain team calendars
Disseminate routine communications such as memos, notices and emails
Create and maintain files and filing systems
Ensure office cleanliness
Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
1+ year of clerical, administrative, or customer service experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to operate and troubleshoot standard office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, fax machines)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Reliable and punctual with flexibility in scheduling, as needed
Preferred qualifications for this position:
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in a front desk, reception, or higher education environment
Familiarity with scheduling systems
Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
