Responsibilities:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the Patient's care plan.
Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of Patients per established policies & procedures.
Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
Requirements:
Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
