While ongoing training is provided, prior experience with CROWN stock pickers or similar machinery is highly valued to help you confidently manage daily assignments and maintain smooth workflow.
Required Skills:
Certified forklift operator, specifically with experience on
stock pickers or order pickers
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently
Good physical stamina and coordination
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Familiarity with inventory management systems
Basic mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience operating order picking forklifts equipment
Other Requirements:
Valid forklift certification and compliance with safety standards
