As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting the overall well-being of our residents. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering compassionate care will make you an integral part of our team.
Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
Assist with transferring patients, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
