Summary To help produce high quality feed products at the lowest possible cost and help meet organizational sales and profit objectives while complying with all State and Federal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operates bagging systems
Drives lift trucks occasionally
Knows high quality versus low quality feeds
Other duties may be assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a working knowledge of mixing, operating grain roller mill, pellet mill, dairy line, receiving system, grinding machinery, block press and lift truck.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
