The posted compensation range of $18.96 - $26.78/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the first friendly face our patients see, greeting them with a warm welcome, prepping them for their visit, taking vital signs (you're a pro at blood pressure!), and getting them comfy in the exam room.
You'll be our providers' right hand, assisting with exams, and making sure they have everything they need to work their magic.
You'll expertly draw blood, collect specimens, and process them with meticulous accuracy.
Administering medications (under supervision, of course!), giving injections, and reviewing instructions with patients will be second nature to you.

CHI Health requires that all Certified Medical Assistants / Medical Assistants MUST be a graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)

Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of a medical assisting program accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES) or Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education (CAAHEP)
Successfully completed Medication Aide 40-hour course or current/valid
Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
