Caregiver Position
All Ways Caring HomeCare is looking for compassionate individuals who are a #DifferenceMaker and want to feel awesome about their job every day. Our caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients in assisting with daily activities to include, but not limited to the following:
Meal preparation
Housekeeping
Companionship
Personal hygiene care
Transportation assistance
Other light duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver's license
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.
Effective verbal and written communication
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
Salary range is USD $12.00 - $12.50 / Hour.
