Schedule: Full Time | 64 hours/pay period | 10:30 p.m. to 7 a.m. | Includes every other weekend and holiday
Pay Range: $19.50 - $23.65/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide hands-on support to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and dignity. Whether assisting with daily activities, monitoring health changes, or simply offering companionship, you'll be a trusted part of their care team and help create a home-like environment where residents can thrive.
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will:
Direct Client Care
Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, and mobility per each resident's Plan of Care.
Support Daily Living
Support daily well-being of residents by offering meals, hydration, companionship, and encouragement for social engagement.
Monitor Health Changes
Monitor and report changes, including vital signs, skin conditions, and any behavioral or physical changes. Ensure timely communication with the nursing team.
Create a Welcoming Place
Help residents feel comfortable, respected, and supported in their daily lives by creating a home-like atmosphere.
Other Duties as Assigned

This job also requires:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Minnesota.
Previous experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home health is a plus.
Ability to provide care with empathy, patience, and integrity.
Physical capability to perform all essential job functions.
Ability to pass state mandated background check.
Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and visitors.
