Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Set up and operate high-speed converting machinery (Flexo Folder Gluers, Slotters, and Stackers) to produce high-quality corrugated packaging.
Production & Quality: Ensure continuous, efficient production flow while performing regular quality checks to meet customer specifications.
Maintenance: Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to keep production running smoothly.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment for everyone.
Material Handling: Manage the movement of raw materials and finished bundles, including operating equipment used to secure products.
What You'll Need (Qualifications)
Education: High school diploma or GED.
Technical Skills: Strong basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure with precision.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long shifts (up to 12 hours) and frequently lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.
Reliability: A solid attendance record, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work various shifts, including overtime and weekends.
Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or with high-speed production equipment is preferred.
