Manufacturing Technician I / II
Location: Near Stockbridge, MA
Pay Rate: $19.50
$24.00 per hour

Position Overview
Our growing manufacturing client is seeking motivated Manufacturing Technicians (Level I & II) to support production operations within a regulated environment. These roles are responsible for executing manufacturing processes, maintaining compliance with strict quality standards, and supporting production efficiency across multiple shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Production & Process Operations
Perform manufacturing tasks in assigned production areas following established procedures
Prepare buffers, media, and other solutions according to batch records and written instructions
Operate a variety of process equipment including tanks, filtration systems, autoclaves, agitators, and cleaning systems (CIP/SIP)
Support start-ups, changeovers, and technology transfer activities
Aseptic & Cleanroom Work
Perform aseptic operations in controlled cleanroom environments
Operate manual, semi-automated, and fully automated filling lines
Follow strict contamination control and sterile processing procedures
Documentation & Compliance
Accurately complete all required documentation in accordance with GMP standards
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records
Ensure work areas remain audit-ready at all times
Comply with all applicable regulations including FDA, OSHA, and safety standards
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with team members to complete process steps efficiently and safely
Communicate issues, deviations, or process concerns to supervisors
Adapt to changing production schedules and priorities
Provide input and suggestions for process improvements
Training & Development
Participate in all required training programs
Maintain up-to-date training records and certifications
Continuously develop technical knowledge and manufacturing skills
