Our Trainee Nursing Assistants will maintain full-time status by working on the nursing units when not attending class. Attends LNA class and clinical. When not in class will complete full time schedule by working on nursing units providing assistance within scope of practice.
Required Education & Experience
Upon successful completion of the NHTI training class, the Trainee must obtain LNA licensure in the State of New Hampshire within ninety (90) days of completion. After obtaining licensure, the Trainee will be moved into a full-time LNA position at the facility and continue training with a mentor until their one-year anniversary date (one full year from date of hire). At this time, the Trainee will meet with scheduling to set up their permanent schedule, including mentorship.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
A drug screen & criminal background check will be required of all conditional hires.
