Litehouse is looking for a strategic Formulation Supervisor to lead daily formulation operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure every batch meets our quality and food safety standards. What You Will Do
Lead daily formulation operations by coordinating with Procurement, Maintenance, and Quality to maximize efficiency, uptime, and production flow.
Supervise, coach, hire, train, and develop Coordinators and team members while managing performance, accountability, and employee relations matters.
Monitor production, maintenance, and quality reports to identify issues, troubleshoot root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Improve processes, procedures, equipment performance, and product quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
Adjust schedules and priorities based on production demands, equipment issues, or changing business needs.
Enforce safety, food safety, and quality standards while promoting a safe and compliant workplace.
Maintain documentation including disciplinary actions, performance evaluations, and operational records.
Support hands-on production activities and other duties as needed.
What You Bring
Associate's degree or equivalent technical education preferred.
Experience formulating recipes and operating formulation equipment required.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production preferred.
Strong knowledge of production operations, food safety, and quality standards.
Ability to read procedures, analyze data, and solve operational problems quickly.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Solid math and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
