Certified Medical Assistant License and have at least 2 years of recent Clinic experience as a Certified Medical Assistant in the U.S.

Current BLS from the American Heart Association
2 current clinical references
Must be able to pass background check
Physical (within 12 months)
TB skin test (within 12 months)
Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
Current - Tdap/Flu vaccinations
