Charter Senior Living of Hopkinsville is actively hiring a Registered Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for a full-time PM shift position in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role is ideal for experienced Medication Aides, Medication Technicians, or CMA/KMA professionals seeking stable hours, competitive pay, and a supportive senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities
Medication Aide / KMA / CMA
Safely administer and manage medications in compliance with Kentucky state regulations and community policies
Provide resident-centered care in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence
Accurately document medication administration and nursing services
Observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
Support individualized resident care plans
Collaborate with nurses, caregivers, and leadership as part of a team-based care model
Required Qualifications
Active Kentucky Registered Medication Aide (KMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
required
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, senior living, or long-term care preferred
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
