Are you a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper looking for a dynamic work environment? We're seeking a skilled professional to manage financial records, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support daily financial operations. What You'll Do:
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries
Accurately record all financial transactions in a timely manner
Assist in preparing financial statements and ensure compliance with reporting deadlines
Review revenue and expenditure accounts as needed
Generate and analyze financial reports for accuracy and completeness
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash balances
Monitor daily cash reports and financial data to detect discrepancies
Assist in preparing and processing payroll using QuickBooks Online
Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions
Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Support accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow management
Provide financial insights and guidance to department heads
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
Perform additional accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
2 years in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
Experience managing multi-company accounting (preferred)
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel skills
Proficiency in QuickBooks (1 year required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Work Environment & Schedule:
Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines
