Job Description:
This position entails providing care to adults, with a focus on outpatient rehabilitation therapies. The role involves managing a caseload that includes orthopedic and neuro patients, performing assessments and providing appropriate interventions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct fall risk assessments and manage Next Gen case management.
Treat a variety of orthopedic conditions including fractures, tendonitis, and post-operative care.
Provide therapeutic interventions for neurodegenerative diseases.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience is required.
Must be open to rapid response crisis situations.
Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 visits per day.
