Production & Assembly Associate
United Talent Staffing is seeking motivated Production & Assembly Associates to join a leading plastic manufacturing facility in Clarksburg, WV. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to assemble plastic coat hangers
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Package and prepare products for shipment
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety and production guidelines
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Pay & Shift:
1st Shift: Monday-Saturday, 7:30am-3:30pm, $10.75/HR
2nd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 3:30pm-11:30pm, $12/ HR
3rd Shift: Monday-Saturday, 11:30pm-7:30am, $13.25/HR
5 Days on & 2 Days off (Rotating days off)
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a team-oriented setting
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
Must be dependable with good attendance
Must be able to pass background and Drug screen
