Warehouse Lead
Kelly Services is currently hiring warehouse leads for a large 3PL facility in the city of CHINO. The Warehouse Operations Lead has general responsibility to participate in coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities daily. Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
Schedules:
Second shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm- $26.00
Job Duties:
Supervises and coordinates unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product and picking/staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of productivity
Coordinates and verifies required inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers, ensuring that all product is properly counted
Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
Conducts operations in a manner which promotes safety
Inbound, outbound, and picking departments.
Directing a group of over 20 associates at a time.
High email correspondence
The ability to communicate thoroughly and efficiently to both Management and team.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift and/or pull 50lbs without restriction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
Must be able to work in varying facility conditions.
