Production Operator
The Production Associate is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently performing assigned tasks on the production line. This role ensures products meet quality standards, production goals are achieved, and safety policies are followed at all times.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$ 19.70 to $ 21.85 / hour
Full Time work available
Various shifts available
Operate production equipment and machinery according to standard operating procedures
Assemble, package, label, and inspect products for quality and accuracy
Monitor production processes and report issues or defects to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety, quality, and company policies Meet productivity and efficiency targets
PRODUCTION OPERATOR Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus
Shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, or overtime as required
Manual dexterity for repetitive tasks
