Take accurate food orders and input them into our ordering system
Process cash and card transactions efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Assist in pizza preparation as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods
Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs.
Adhere to all company policies and food safety regulations
Qualifications
Excellent phone communication and customer service skills
Ability to take accurate orders and handle cash transactions
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Strong multitasking abilities and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely
Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Food handling certification (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
