At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Froster plays a key role in delivering the bakery's signature look and quality. The Froster is responsible for frosting cakes to our brand standards, ensuring every cake is beautifully finished and ready to delight our guests. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a passion for creating joy through great presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Frost cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes standards and guidelines.
Ensure cakes are consistently decorated with the signature frosting pattern and presentation.
Maintain frosting supplies and prepare frosting for daily production needs.
Work closely with the baking and guest service teams to ensure product availability.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times.
Assist with bakery opening and closing procedures as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
Support the team during peak periods and holidays to ensure guests receive exceptional products.
Qualifications
Previous bakery, food service, or cake decorating experience preferred (but not required).
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency.
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
