you receive a paycheck every week Comprehensive Benefits Package Safety First! Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Represent our company in a professional and positive manner. Data Entry of all incoming customer orders. Create Job Packets of all customer orders for production. Create Bills of Materials from customer drawings. Create physical and digital records for new items. Produce and Update complex Excel spreadsheet reports. Discuss discrepancies with supervisors and customers. Answer customer inquiries -requires communicating with buyers, engineers, and production supervisors by phone and email. Communicate with our engineers and supervisors by phone, email and in person. Call customers to maintain relationships. File physical and digital part drawings, purchase orders, etc. Scan documents to server. Print labels. Answer phones, route phone calls, take messages. Other Miscellaneous projects or duties as assigned. Requirements for this Position: Attention to detail. Ability to read and understand basic blueprints (experience preferred, training available). Manufacturing experience preferred. Computer knowledge and skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and Word with the ability to understand, create, and maintain complex spreadsheets. Must be comfortable with computers. Ability to type with speed and accuracy
touch typing & 10 key (35 WMP typing speed desired) Basic Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to convert fractions to decimals, inches to mm, etc. Ability to accurately file alphabetically and/or numerically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate. Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to re-evaluate and change priorities quickly and efficiently as needed to meet deadlines. Team oriented, self-motivated and results oriented. Excellent attendance, dependability and maturity. Must be able to work daily overtime when deadlines require. Must possess a strong sense of urgency. Must be a fast learner.
