Receiving Quality Inspector
We are currently hiring Receiving Quality Inspector for a great medical device company in the city of Brea.
Pay Rate: $21/hr.
Schedule: Mon-Fri (7am-3:30pm)
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure that all material received is in compliance with all appropriate documents, policies and is delivered to the appropriate locations.
Utilizes written inspection procedures, drawings, specification sheets, and first article samples during inspection.
Inspection may require training and use of various inspection equipment, tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
Ability to use micrometer, caliper, multimeter, thread gauge, tensile test, vision system, optical comparator.
Completes, maintains, and distributes appropriate quality records and documentation.
Communicates directly with manufacturing, material control and management personnel.
Ensures that all nonconforming material is handled in accordance with appropriate procedures and documents.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School diploma or equivalent
Five years assembly and QC experience
Previous experience in medical device manufacturing/assembly operations is desirable.
Experience working in a clean room environment is a plus.
