Onin Staffing is hiring General Labor Associates to support daily production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role focuses on ensuring eggs are processed, inspected, packaged, and prepared for distribution while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Skills and Experience:
Sort, inspect, and package eggs according to quality standards
Operate along the production line to ensure efficiency
Load and unload materials and finished products
Label, stack, and palletize products for shipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods (812 hours)
Must be able to lift up to 3050 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Steel toe boots may be required
Work Environment:
Food production facility (temperature may vary)
Exposure to egg products and related odors
Requires repetitive movements, standing, bending, and lifting
PPE required (hair nets, gloves, etc.)
