Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team in Norristown, United States. As a CSA, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information
Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
