Description
Under general direction, coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to, obtaining pre-authorizations, insurance verification and communicating status of appointments for Pain management clinic. Performs administrative and secretarial duties under the supervision of the Manager. Greet patients and complete clerical and outpatient registration. Responsible for answering phones and sending calls or basket messages to appropriate personnel. Performs other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; other formal education preferred
