Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and document control processes
Participate in Lean/CI events and convert improvements into standard work
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s in Industrial, Manufacturing, or related engineering field
Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Knowledge of manufacturing quality concepts; willingness to learn ISO 9001
Preferred
1–4 years of engineering experience in manufacturing
