Assemblers
Assemble corrugated boxes, inserts, and protective packaging components by hand or with tools/equipment
Follow detailed work instructions, production orders, and assembly diagrams
Operate basic machinery such as glue guns, tapers, strapping tools, and box formers
Perform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet specifications
Stack, bundle, or palletize finished products for shipping
Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
Communicate any production issues, defects, or material shortages to supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Assist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned
Corrugator Machine Operator
Set up and operate corrugated converting machinery (e.g., flexo folder-gluer, die cutter, slitter-scorer, etc.)
Perform machine adjustments for speed, size, and quality requirements
Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or quality defects
Conduct routine inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues during production
Maintain accurate production records and downtime logs
Assist in changeovers and cleanups between jobs
Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding production status
Follow safety guidelines, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
Keep work area clean and organized at all times
Train or assist with training new operators or helpers as needed
