Aclara Technologies, LLC has an opening for an Engineering Administrative Coordinator. In this role, you will manage purchase orders, vendor setups, invoices, and escrow reporting for Hubbell Utility Systems.
A Day In The Life
Every day at Hubbell is different and you'll contribute in many ways. On any given day, you'll make a difference by: overseeing raw materials inventory, working with engineers for BOM change orders, setting up or reactivating vendors, maintaining all information in an organized database, assisting with tracking purchases and creation of purchase order requisitions, and other administrative duties as needed.
What will help you thrive in this role?
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in data entry, database management, reporting, and compliance.
Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on experience.
Proven ability to negotiate and build effective relationships with vendors.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to effectively use email and online platforms.
