Job Responsibilities

Perform intricate manual and automated assembly of CVG200 units, following detailed blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
Utilize a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble components with precision.
Conduct in-process and final testing of CVG200 units using various testing equipment and diagnostic tools to ensure functionality and quality.
Identify and troubleshoot complex assembly and component issues, proposing and implementing effective solutions.
Interpret and apply technical documentation, including engineering drawings, bills of materials, and process specifications.
Perform rework and repair operations on non-conforming products to bring them to specification.
Maintain accurate production records, including assembly logs, test results, and defect reports.
Adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards (e.g., ISO), and company policies.
Train and mentor less experienced assemblers (Assembler I and II) on complex assembly processes and best practices.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
Collaborate effectively with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve issues and optimize processes.
Operate and maintain production equipment, performing routine calibration and basic troubleshooting as required.
Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.
Proven expertise in reading and interpreting intricate blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Demonstrated ability to perform precise soldering, crimping, and wiring operations.
Strong understanding of quality control principles and experience with various inspection and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly and testing equipment.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting work and interacting with colleagues.
Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing work instructions.
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
Prior experience training or mentoring other assemblers is highly desirable.
