Contract Executive Assistant supporting onsite operations leadership in a fast-paced environment. You'll manage calendars/meetings, keep action items moving, and provide light workflow support around invoices/PO status so leaders stay ahead of priorities.
Core Responsibilities
Own a high-volume, fast-changing executive calendar; coordinate meetings and logistics.
Prepare/polish documents and presentations using Microsoft 365 (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
Take notes, track action items, and follow up to maintain momentum.
Support communication with internal/external partners with professionalism and discretion.
Provide basic admin visibility support for leadership (e.g., tracking invoice/PO status and coordinating with partners as needed).
Must Have
Strong executive calendar management and meeting coordination experience.
Excellent organization, follow-through, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Outlook + Excel).
Preferred
Exposure to invoice routing/expense tracking/AP-adjacent workflows; ERP familiarity a plus.
Schedule / Work Environment
Onsite Tacoma, WA

(no remote).
8-hour day , typical hours between 7:00 AM5:00 PM.
Pay Details: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
