Sr Inventory and Data Entry Associate

Job Title
Record and review all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Includes the following:
Records and reviews all documents involved in the movement of material received or delivered.
Confirms accuracy of all documents and inventories within the purchasing and inventory control departments.
Processes and files all necessary paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
Works with other departments to ensure accuracy and traceability of all material received and delivered.
Works with other departments to complete the material and procurement process.
Performs data entry into financial and non-inventory management systems.
Reviews and distributes necessary documents to ensure delivery.
Performs inventory counts and helps facilitate variance reconciliation.
Performs cycle counts, coordinates inventory adjustments, and various other material control functions.
Monitors inventory replenishment processes and makes adjustments needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Authority
Manage multiple projects without having direct supervisory responsibilities.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Forklift certification required.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Working knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices.
Excellent written, communication, presentation and computer skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent analytical, attention to details, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
