$25.00 per hour Hours: Day Shift: 4:00 AM
4:00 PM; Night Shift: 4:00 PM

As a Machine Operator, you'll be essential in operating production equipment, supporting food processing lines, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment. You'll collaborate closely with production and quality teams to help deliver excellent results every day.
What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for: Operating product fillers, CIP systems, and batching/mixing equipment to ensure efficient production. Supporting production lines to maintain consistent output and product quality. Case packing finished products and building pallets for shipment. Monitoring machinery and processes to uphold safety, efficiency, and product integrity. Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety standards, and sanitation procedures. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborating effectively with production and quality teams to meet daily goals.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Ability to stand on concrete for 8 or more hours per shift. Capability to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally and perform physical tasks comfortably. Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a production setting. Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail-oriented work. Reliable attendance, a solid work ethic, and a positive attitude. Prior experience in food manufacturing and machine operation is required.
