Position Summary
Role: Forklift Material Handler
1st Shift
Pay: $21.50
$22.50/hour
Schedule: Monday
Friday, 6:00AM
2:30PM
Reports to: Logistics Manager
What You'll Do:
Utilize a forklift and reach lift to safely and efficiently transport materials throughout the warehouse and to production lines.
Accurately record material movements using handheld inventory systems to maintain real-time inventory visibility.
Reconcile materials from completed jobs and return unused materials to designated storage locations.
Operate reach lifts and sit-down/stand-up forklifts to place pallets in assigned racking locations.
Stage and organize materials for upcoming production jobs to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain First-In/First-Out (FIFO) inventory practices to meet product quality and expiration requirements.
Perform daily housekeeping to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Support team operations by completing additional tasks as assigned.

Lift up to 50-75lbs occasionally
Attention to Detail
Able to Accurately Perform Repetitive Tasks
Work Environment and Equipment
This is a warehouse position inside a warm and dry facility.
This position requires work in a warehouse roasting facility that requires constant standing on concrete floors, exposed to loud equipment noise and subject to coffee dust strong odors.
Personal protection equipment and other Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.
Work Habits
Regular attendance and promptness are required for this position.
Some work may be required outside of the normal work week.
