At the SYNERGY HomeCare of Tampa Bay team in Land OLakes we are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Bilingual Caregivers, HHAs, or CNAs (including newly certified professionals) to provide quality in-home care services to clients in Land O' Lakes, FL, Florida.
This is a PRN (as-needed) position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to begin working in a company where you will feel appreciated, recognized, and rewarded for the comforting, life-affirming care that comes right from your heart!

Qualifications:
At least 3 months of experience (does not require to be certified)
CPR certification (up to date)
Level 2 Background screening for the AHCA roster (up to date)
Valid driver's license
Fluent Spanish and English
Flexible availability
Able to run errands and Transport patients
Hoyer lift and Gait belt experience (preferred)
HHA certification or CNA (can be newly certified or without certification - Preferred - No required)
Must be compassionate, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
Follow care plans and communicate any client changes
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, etc.)
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and transfers
Availability to run errands and transport clients to appointments
Work Location: In-person, client homes in Land O' Lakes, FL, Florida
