Starting pay $19.37
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30PM; could be 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts depending on the need.
As a Production Associate you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that quality products are available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives!
Primary Responsibilities

Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process.
Load materials into production machines.
Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment.
Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality.
Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products.
Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies.
Clean production equipment and work areas.
Qualifications

Able to repeatedly lift to 50lbs within a scheduled shift.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies.
Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills.
Can make independent decisions that follow company policies and procedures.
Ability to detect inconsistencies and a keen eye for details.
