and we're looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
We are expanding our services and hiring CNAs to support residents in:
Our New Dementia Unit
Our New Ventilator Unit
Our Long-Term Care Community
CNAs will be expected to work in all units as needed to support resident care and ensure strong teamwork across the building. Cross-training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to licensed nursing staff
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Support specialized care needs within Dementia, Vent, and Long-Term Care units
Float between units as needed to meet staffing and resident care needs
Qualifications:
Active Ohio CNA certification required
Long-term care experience preferred
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work in multiple units
