Synergy HomeCare is recruiting qualified team members to join our amazing team of care providers. We are scheduling in person interviews immediately! We have multiple full and part time positions to be filled from Cape May to Atlantic City.
Synergy HomeCare offers:
$350 signing bonus to CHHAs after 80 hours worked
Pay range of $20 to $27/hour for certified home health aides
Personal protective equipment (PPE) for our care providers
Higher pay for more complicated care
Immediate shifts available
Flexible schedules
Supportive team approach
Paid sick time and PTO
Optional retirement plan
Periodic incentives and other bonus opportunities

State requirements - NJ CHHA or CNA (willing to take the 10 hr CHHA conversion class) for personal care cases
