Mold Operator 4pm-4am Shift
Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Mold Operator 4pm-4am shift to join their team. As a Mold Operator 4pm-4am shift, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Mold Operator 4pm-4am shift
Location: Bloomfield, IA
Pay Range: $20.51
Shift: Night shift, rotating 12-hour shifts
What's the Job?
Set and remove molds, troubleshoot the molding process to ensure quality parts
Perform repairs, oil, and water leak fixes on equipment
Complete documentation related to production and quality
Conduct material changes and measure parts for quality assurance
Provide break coverage for other Molding Operators as needed
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Ability to pass all MOBI requirements/physicals for forklifts and cranes
Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, robotic arms, and hand tools
Willingness to wear PPE including hearing and eye protection, hard hats, and safety footwear
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with environmental safety measures
