Pay rate: $16
$19/hour (based on years of experience) + shift differential.
What you'll do: Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily activities; support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort; work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure quality care; create a positive, respectful environment for residents and families.
