Requirements
Current, valid state certification and in good standing.
Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
If not CNA certified must take PCA Test upon hire.
Certified CPR
Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
Valid Drivers License
Valid SSC card
Valid Auto Insurance
