Job Description
1st Shift Packer Pro Resources Staffing Services is partnered with a well-established company located in Garrett, IN. We are currently seeking production employees to inspect and package automotive products. Shift and compensation 6am-2:00pm $16.50 an hour Job duties follow the process sheets when packaging parts and report any quality issues immediately to the shift supervisor. Delegate and assign job responsibilities of team members to ensure processes are followed and job rotation occurs. Inspect the parts and process before, during and after each packaging job. Record and maintain packaging rates, reporting any scrap. Accurately count production, labels, pallets, finished goods, etc. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 25-35 pounds continuously, and less than 25 pounds frequently. Capable of standing for a 10-hour shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, climb and pick items up Background profile team and safety oriented communication and interpersonal skills manufacturing experience preferred basic mechanical abilities preferred problem solving skills process and detail oriented
